Very simple, it's effective, with my diet combined with the HIIT training I am down 10 lbs in under a month. I also like the variety, everyday the floor exercises are different and the rowing and often the tread and rowing work are switched up as well.

Fun, structured and effective
I just pick a time, do what the coach says, and that’s it! Easy peasy. No deciding what to do or how many reps, etc. it’s all figured out for me. No selection biking class or yoga class… it’s great for someone with decision fatigue like me! lol.

Orange theory keeps me accountable for my health. I never thought i would meet so many amazing people on the same health journey as myself. I love the variety of the classes, the coaches, and watching the progression of the changed in my body . Orange theory is for everyone and you can go at your own pace. It always feels good to have so much motivation around you!
