I know that if I were working out on my own, I would choose the same series of exercises, rest or give up too quickly, and get bored. Orangetheory keeps me engaged and motivated to stick to a routine.

I love every class at Orange Fitness as it helps me stay on track with my exercises. I love that I can do lots of different activities in 1 hour. I also love all the coaches that work in VH location - they are very helpful and caring.

OTF Park Ridge is my favorite gym I've ever went to, I've been with OTF for at least 7 years but I started at other OTF gyms and even between those, Park Ridge is the best. I was going to move recently but I was like "but what about my gym :(" So I didn't move that far haha

Good blend of strength training and cardio and gamifies workouts.
Each workout is awesome ! I love the constant encouragement and guidance and support from the coaches. I’m inspired by others in the class.
The Heart rate monitor, splat points keep you going. Loud music and orange color, gives your mind a break from other thoughts. OTF class is like meditation for me. Nothing but exercise in my head
