Variety. High energy instructor.
Creativity; it's a GOOD workout every time, but also adaptable to any skill or fitness level. I really wish you had more space - in the gym, in the foyer - everywhere. Could you put some benches and rugs down in the hallway in the winter? It's the only place where you can put on your shoes, but there's nowhere to sit.....
The trainers are very helpful and motivating!

Variety
Workouts are never the same. It's guided by a coach and you have the freedom to assess your body's ability to do the workouts. Whether you like it or not, you sweat at the end of each session and you burn calories no matter what!
I really enjoy the timed intervals all along the sessions. I tend to, if left to my own, continue to lift until I can’t anymore. Granted, OT does this on occasion within the weight side but did the most part, you get an even workout that allows you to feel it but still be able to come back the next day and take a session again. When I would go to the gym, id overdo everything and then not be able to hardly walk or lift my arm for a week. That never turns out well. The coaches all have their own personalities and I particularly love coming to Ellen’s sessions. Love the flexibility in times throughout the week and definitely the new weight classes being offered! I can definitely see more definition in my arms and legs and I have to push myself to get into the orange zone now as my body and heart strengthens. Keep opening new locations.

Reliable scheduling, consistent difficulty
I love that the workout is researched before we get it and each one has a focus (endurance, strength or power). Most of the coaches check your form and are motivating

The workouts are always different, so you never get bored and the coaches are fantastic. Great atmosphere and coaches are really good at motivating you to do your best.

Pre planned and guided sessions. Variety in the workouts. Not doing the same thing today as yesterday. Focus on various parts of the body. Treadmill workouts are more than just cardio.
