Trainer tells me what to do. i particularly enjoy the floor exercises for upper body and core. i feel the tread and rower give me enough work for the lower body. also like how it's usually not too crowded and like the heart rate monitor that allows me to know when i can turn it up and cool it down.

5am classes, good workout
I recently joined Orange Theory Fitness, in September 2023, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The coaches are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly motivating. They create an environment that encourages me to push my limits and strive for my personal best in every workout. The variety of workouts keeps things interesting and challenging, and I appreciate the focus on both strength and cardiovascular training. The technology used, like heart rate monitors, adds an extra layer of engagement, allowing me to track my progress in real-time. The staff is friendly, and the sense of community among members is inspiring. Orange Theory has exceeded my expectations, making my fitness journey enjoyable and effective. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dynamic and results-driven workout!
