Love the combination of workouts. It's also a good compromise for those of us in relationships where one wants a personal coach and one needs group classes to feel motivated. Of course, the great coaches also make a world of difference.

I like that the workouts are prescribed with clear instructions and keep you active the whole time. You really work during the time, but it’s in a supportive atmosphere. I also like being able to track my heart rate and the other stats you get after the workout.
