I have only been attending for a couple of months, the coaches are there to help get the routine and ensure you are doing the exercises correctly especially the floor. The overall felling of encouragement and camaraderie has been a great motivation for someone who has just started down the path to healthier living.

1. Best coaches in the world...Andrea Evans and Will Liptak. I have been with them for 10 great years as my coaches and my friends
2. A no brainer for me...all I do is show up and follow the program for the day. No planning required by me to create a workout routine. Immediate feedback from my tracker after the workout is important.
3. Combo of aerobics and strength training is great
4. Although not part of the OTF Workout, the OTF Rice Lake Studio would not run at high efficiency without the Studio Manager and her great early morning front desk team...always friendly, professional and appreciative of me as an OTF client. Five stars for Anne, Stephanie and Erin *****

The Coaches and the people I workout with on a dailey basis make it fun and they all motivate me. I feel great after each workout and have a sense of accomplishment. The Challenges are perfect ways to monitor my growth. Overall I think joining OrangeTheory has been perfect for what I was looking for and needed.

I Love showing up and having the instruction. The workouts are really good total body workouts and slightly different every time . The instructors are super nice and knowledgeable and helpful!

I appreciate that the coaches keep a watch on form and offer friendly corrections, as well as their real friendliness. I feel like I am valued as a fellow human being at OTF Andersonville, especially when the desk staff remembers my name and station preferences, or a coach remembers something about me personally, like a particular struggle, or habit, or goal.
I really like that each workout is unique.
It is challenging. Great cardio workout. I like the core and strength focus as well.

The members here are like a family also no matter what class time you take there is always someone else there to push you or you can push.
The mix of cardio and strength training, often set up like circuit training. And it is different each time.
