Aside from being super-challenging, the workouts are ever-changing so boredom never sets in. The coaches are motivating, always pushing you to be your best.

The coaches are very charismatic and inspirational. I like the fact all I have to do is show up and they take care of what the work out will be for the day. I leave these workouts, feeling energized and ready to take on the day since they change the work out so often you use different muscle groups which really helps keep your body guessing and avoid plateaus. I personally really enjoy the 90 minute classes and wish that we would have at least one available each weekend at a certain time.

I love that the workout is different every day. I personally love going to Sean or Kelly’s classes because they are motivators and cheer you on.
