Coaches, music, every workout is different, small class size
The OTF workout is like a vitamin pill. You get weights, whole body strength, and cardio and some stretches in one tidy hour long session. The workouts keep changing and no two days are alike which keeps me from plateauing, and the coaches are encouraging and knowledgable. OTF keeps me fit to do any activity I want to do outside the studio without getting winded or injured. At 55+ I am feeling great and attribute my overall health and fitness to this workout!
Scheduled 1 hour and a mix of lifting with cardio.
I like that everyday it’s different, high energy and I can see where I am with my heart rate and how my work is going.
Hits all the spots!!! Currently going 3 days a week as I just started working out again over a year. Plan on attending at least 5 days to keep active and start living a better and healthier life. Love my classes.

I love the coaches & the atmosphere! I would not still be a member if Cicely and Steve were not coaches here. They are the best and make any workout fun! They both have a gentle approach to coaching and get to know the people in their classes. The overall atmosphere is friendly and welcoming and I love that it is group fitness but individual - you get all the perks of having a class full of people without any of the intimidation.

The workouts always push me past my comfort zone, and incorporate exercises that I wouldn't think I could finish or do on my own. The energy is always amazing, the coaches always push me to do my best, and that is a huge part of what makes the workout so great. Great atmosphere, great energy and great people!
I like how the hour has lots of changes and it's not smart thing for 60 minutes. Love how the instructors says our names for encouragement and other OTF mottos. The loud music makes me focus. Jamie is the absolute best
OTF is always a great workout for me. OTF West Windsor has a great group of coaches. The workouts are always fun and never boring. I love it. It's the first program I've kept up with religiously for several years. I also love that OTF is nationwide. Keep up the great work!
