I have been a member of OTF for 3 years and just reached 700 classes. I love our Coaches who really work with you and sometimes even alongside you with all the love and encouragement each and every class. The workouts are constantly changing to help you achieve any goal and you feel like you’re meeting up with your family to get healthy and have fun while you’re at it. This is the first gym I ever was a member where I couldn’t wait to go to class and just work out and better my health which of the three years I’ve been at OTF I have been able to do that.
The workouts are so fun and go by so fast! Coach Caroline and Coach Seal are amazing!! They are both so supportive and encouraging! Highly recommend taking their classes!

I love the focused, intense workouts and burning a crazy number of calories in only an hour the coaches and front desk are friendly while also pushing me to run faster, row more correctly, and lift heavier. Best investment into my mental and physical health I’ve ever made!

I appreciate the variety of the workouts. It makes the sessions go fast. It keeps your mind occupied so you’re not thinking about the workout as much. In turn you burn more calories.
Pretty much everything- I have been working out to close to 40 years now, from Aerobics to Step to Kickboxing to swim to yoga to Pilates etc. and these workouts are by far the ones that keep me coming. The coaches, the camaraderie, and the RESULTS are what stick.
Love the variety of exercise sessions, excitement level and feeling like part of a larger team going after a bigger goal together.
I like the circuit format of the classes. The instructors are great. But they need more classes- Classes tend to fill up quickly and and are packed. Also if I am paying $179/month- I have booked a class and something comes up last minute- work issue that needs to be address or family emergency- . I have issue that you get charged $12 for not being able to attend the class. And did not cancel within the 8 hour time frame. You should give a certain number of cancelation credits per quarter? Your rates are very high per month but the quality of instruction is great- YOU NEED MORE CLASSES>

Orange Theory has forever changed the way I think about exercise. It is the hour I look forward to most in my day. I love the coaches, the staff, and the community that surrounds it!
The coaching from Cicely! She helps me make sure I'm not going to over work myself until my body is ready to do something so I don't hurt myself.
It is 1 hour for myself and when im done i feel fully trained and satisfied with myself.

I enjoy working out in a class environment. Every workout is challenging and doable. I love knowing the heart rate zone I am in so I can push myself when needed. Coaches and staff are awesome too.
The coaches are very inspiring and the atmosphere is so motivating! It is a workout that can’t be beat! It helps propel my mind, mood and fitness to the next level!
