I don’t push myself with cardio independently but get a great high intensity cardio workout in with orange theory

I like the motivation and knowledge of the coaches. The front staff is friendly, positive and always available if needed. I always look forward to working out at Orange Theory.
The workout is challenging and changes daily. I don’t have to think about what to do, the class structure allows people to push themselves to their own limits and not be held back or feel ‘less than’ because other people in class are at different fitness levels.

I love going to Orange. I am a huge fan of interval training and having a coach telling you what to do as well as awesome music. I highly recommend Orange to anyone.

I like that there is a treadmill workout as well as rowing and floor work. It’s a great combination and really provides an excellent work out.
Every work out is planned so don’t have to think about it and good variation. Great instructors that encourage you. And not being so bright during my 5AM workout helps too!
The instructors are incredibly motivating and always kind. The music is also always fun and helps keep you in the zone. Studio is always clean. The front desk is always helpful too. My favorite OTF studio I’ve been apart of.
The atmosphere is always great. The people are always great. The workout is challenging but do able I feel at home when im working out.
It’s intensity
I like the workouts get changed up. All the instructors are top notch.
I so enjoy the energy and intensity of the workout. I feel like I am challenged every time I step into the studio, but I know that I can work with the coach to find solutions if the workout feels too intense or difficult for where I am in my fitness journey. I never feel judged, though perhaps mildly intimidated by the collective strength and power of the other attendees in my class. However, I know that I am working on my own timeline and the coaches have helped me immensely. I love it!

It is a different workout everyday and most are challenging. It is never boring and the coaches are very knowledgeable and friendly. If you need a modified exercise, they are quick to show you without disrupting the flow of the class. The music is great. The studio is also very clean!

I have been working out for a long time, have done tons of different workouts and numerous gyms and I have stuck with Orange Theory since they first opened up. This is cardio and strength combined with different work outs each day. The trainers are incredible, helpful, encouraging and always stress proper form and to work at our level. I have increased my strength and cardio endurance, and have lost weight and kept it off. It is a close community, like a family! Highly recommend OT!
