I love the variety and that the coaches can provide modified exercises based on fitness level or if you have an injury. I like that they push you and encourage you to do your best. They make you want to do better for you and nicer make you feel bad. They will always find a way to praise you and give you positive feedback. The other members are also great they push you and encourage you everyday and no one is competing we are just trying to be our best selves. I have a love hate (more love) relationship with the benchmark days but I love to see how I have improved over time. I'm not focused on weight on focused on my health and getting stronger.
I don’t have to guess at what to do. I always leave exhausted. Still trying to better understand the rotations but all in good time.

I like the workout and how it's everchanging and not monotonous. I also love the Conshy staff and they make going to that location awesome.
This is the only gym I have consistently gone too for 3 hrs , and I am 50 and have been to alot of gyms before .
The instructors the music and the people keep bringing me back .
For me to want to do a 6:15 am class says a lot , because I love my sleep .

I love that the workouts are constantly varied and that we’re challenged by benchmark workouts throughout the year. I also really like that the coaches’ involvement with the members helps keep us accountable. Anyone can do Orangetheory no matter their skill level or physical limitations- seeing people of all different ages and fitness levels in the same class makes me feel like it’s the best workout for everyone.
