Love the orange lights, encouragements and balanced workouts
I love that the coaches push me in every area, and focus on what I want to work on whether that is increasing my weights or increasing my all-outs. Every coach is so unique and regardless of what time I take class I know I am getting the best workout possible.
Constantly changing and each individual can adjust the intensity depending on the day/how they’re feeling that day. Also a great community atmosphere.

My girlfriend and myself totally enjoy the workout. We’re in our 50s but we can still hang. Lol. For now 😝. Weight management counseling/Diet ect. would be nice, or one on one time possibly to discuss questions ect…. Pretty familiar with exercise but nutritionist advice would be awesome. I find that generally it’s in and out asap there. That’s fine as it’s so fast paced it’s hard to talk or ask questions only during class which is understandable. The front desk ppl are always very nice and helpful. We’re gonna do the Challenge on the 16th so should be good. Lol. Overall I have and will recommend friends 👍
The metrics driven approach to fitness is a disruptive game changer in the world of fitness. Each coach led interval training session brings fitness to a level that appeals to everyone and makes it enjoyable.
I like the concept of just showing up and not having to think about what I am gonna do for the next hour.
I've been loving the formats of run/row and strength on the floor! And our instructors :)

The music and coaches.
Everything! I feel stronger and better to take on the world after each workout. The 60 minutes flys by because the stations are so engaging and interactive. I look forward to coming to OTF; it's like a reward! I am never bored or wishing my time. away. (Maybe when it is a 'run for distance' class.)
Toos soon to tell, but I'm just looking to maintain my physical abilities, maybe lose some weight in the process. Yeah right.

I have been to multiple other OTFs. WW is my favorite location. The staff is exceptionally friendly, the coaches are great (especially Michael,) the lighting is good and the parking is ample. They have lots of classes, and I can usually can get in last minute if needed. There is a great neighborhood feel to the WW OTF.
I have been doing OTF about twice per week for 5 years. I am 56 years old and an avid tennis player. All of my middle aged tennis partners have gone down with various orthopedic injuries and I have remained standing and thriving. I am convinced it has to do with my continue OTF workouts ie cross training.
Love the workouts and the instructors. Like the structured & planned workouts for strength training and endurance and the way they are timed.
It's almost been an year that I joined Orange theory and have never seen the same workout repeat (which is what I love the most).
I like that I'm working the whole time and feel like I got in a great workout after each class. The coaches are so motivational and allow you to work at your own pace. It feels inclusive and no judgement.
I don't tread going to the 'gym', and feel great after each class.

it's so efficient - 1 hour twice a week and I'm in better shape than in ages. I used to do cardio, strength training, yoga separately which took so much longer... I loved it but no longer have that kind of time. I also like that it's a different workout every time.
I love the way that all the workouts are different and that they continually challenge me. The coaches are also AWESOME!
