It's one of the hardest but most rewarding hours of my day. I've been a member now since late 2019 and I haven't quit despite a pandemic, a pregnancy, and being postpartum. I've truly never stuck with a fitness program this long since high school sports. It's more than a workout, it's a supportive community of like minded people of various levels of fitness all working towards the same goal- to be healthier and feel good about ourselves. I encourage anyone on the fence to give it a try!

The circuit style, spending short blocks of time doing one exercise, plus the encouragement from the coaches really works well for me. I struggle with self-motivation and I get bored easily, so jumping from exercise to exercise alongside a whole class of people is helpful.
I love the energy from the coaches as well as the other members. There is always someone there to encourage you and push you towards your best you. Every small accomplishment is a win and is celebrated.

I like being encouraged the entire time. Working out on my own, I tend to go easy on myself and or end reps early if I'm "too tired". At OTF, being too tired isn't even an option because you are being encouraged and held accountable the whole time. I love how accomplished I feel once a workout is done. The community aspect of all the workouts is great too.
I like how every workout is different and equally challenging. I love that the coaches are always encouraging us to push ourselves, and are aware enough of the members to provide coaching tailored to where we are in our fitness journey. I appreciate feeling seen and supported. And seeing my workout progress on the screen helps me to pace and push myself to reach the goals set by the coaches.

Like being able to work to my own ability and being given alternate exercises when I can’t do a certain movement. I like that the classes are coach led so I’m not left to figure it out on my own.
