The front desk associates Morgan and Jen are awesome! Friendly, helpful and caring.
The coaching staff is amazing. You are treated like a person, not a number. They are attentive, encouraging and work with you so that you can obtain YOUR goal. Even though it is a group setting they also pay attention to individual needs and limitations. I am 10 months in and loving it. It is my Happy Place!

Changes every day and add aways a good workout.
I like how I can get in a complete workout in just an hour. The coaches lead us through the workout and provide motivation so I don't need to think about anything and it is hard for me to cheat myself on my workout by skipping the parts I enjoy less but should do (cardio for me). I also really appreciate how Orangetheory is very accessible to different fitness levels, I recommend it to my friends who haven't exercised in a few years knowing they can do the workout even if they will only be walking on the trendmills, the coaches are great at providing guidance for those that need alternate exercises on the floor whether it be something less challenging or more challenging to meet the needs of everyone in the room.

I absolutely love OTF! I appreciate how it incorporates strength training and cardio. It takes the guess work out of figuring out a workout plan myself. The coaches are a big part of it. There’s nothing quite like feeling like wanting to give up or stop and your coach calls out your name and words of encouragement. It’s that personal connection that I love that gives me an extra boost. I love how quick the workouts are but how they are still as challenging as you care to make them. I can’t recommend OTF enough
