Orange theory provides the perfect environment for me to make my health a priority. Amazing classes with the best coaches around who constantly push you to be the best version of yourself. I was looking for something to motivate me to better self care after having my sons and I found that here at OTF Allentown. So glad I joined and looking forward to more days ahead!

OT is a great way to achieve one’s fitness goals. The team in Princeton is great, both super friendly and driven to help one push their limits.

5 years and going strong! I love the family atmosphere between staff, coaches and members and the bonds that get stronger with each class. I love that "Misery loves company", and we're all going thru it together. You're not going to be excited about every workout, everyday, no matter what gym you join. At Orangetheory, we're doing it together, and the person beside you brings out your best. It's not a competition (unless you make it one) ... it's just "If they can do, so can I?. I love that your can tailor the effort for each workout to your body each day. The class is the same, but you can't go 100% everyday, nor should you. Grab a lighter weight, or change your speed/effort on the treadmill & rower if you just don't have "it" today. It's your workout. I love the Coaches and their input throughout the workout. They help me with my form to ensure I'm safe, and encourage me when they see me struggling or when they know I can give more. If you want a workout with experienced professionals and a personal touch, then OTF is your place! It's the last gym I'll EVER need.
Results! Also…The Coaches motivate and make it fun. The workouts are different EVERYTIME and it’s multiple little workouts in one session - no boredom. You go at your own pace. The studio is always clean too.

I love the guided running. I never liked running on a treadmill before I joined orange theory; I always opted for outdoor running even if it was below zero, but the guided treadmill workouts are excellent. They get my heart rate up, are varied, and push me to work harder instead of just an easy run. The coaches are also so motivating!
I also love the weight workouts, as they are building lean muscle. If I am doing something incorrectly, I love how the coaches show me to do the exercises correctly so that I don't hurt myself. I also notice how my balance is better, something important for all stages of life.
Finally, the coaches are all amazing! They are positive, motivating and just make my day! I am very appreciative that OTF has such fabulous and kind and dedicated staff members and coaches!

Everything!!! The atmosphere is electric, the coaches bring this energy that makes every one push a little harder. It’s definitely a vibe!!!
