I love the challenge and the competitiveness. I also love that I don't have to do too much thinking. I've been going for about 6 years now, and it has been a great journey so far. Some days I absolutely hate it during the workout, but all of the coaches do a great job of motivating us to just push through the workout. Goals are just dreams with deadlines.

I love that I am getting a full body work out every time. The workout I get here is more than anything I would be able to do at the gym on my own. I love that the classes are small enough that the coaches can really give feedback on form and teach me how to do each exercise correctly. As a person who always dreaded working out no matter what it was in a gym alone, a spin class or a home workout, I finally found a regiment that works for me and I actually look forward to. I've been a member for 6 months and I feel more confident in my abilities and stronger than ever.

This is a great, high energy, full body workout. I know that if I just get myself to show up, I will leave there having done a fantastic workout. It's "all in one" and the only thing that has kept me consistently exercising.

I hadn’t been back to OTF since the start of the Pandemic. I started back this past week and it was amazing. Coach Sean was so supportive and brought a fun energy to the class. Other than price there is nothing negative I can say about OTF.

The workouts at Orange Theory are very motivating and fun way to exercise. The coaches are very friendly and supportive of your health goals. The music is great and the studio is modern and clean.
The trainers are great! They're always helpful and encouraging and they celebrate your wins with you. It's really motivating.

It’s always different ! The coaches motivate and help you when needed! Love seeing calories being burnt. The music also really helps get you motivated!

We start on time, the workouts are organized and efficient, and the coaches are knowledgeable and motivating.
The coaches are great at keeping you motivated throughout the workout but also in showing the moves and modifications, offering help/ showing you how to fix posture, etc if not quite doing it right- which is always helpful and appreciated!

The coaches, the playlists, and the vibe! I love how fun OTF conshy makes the workout. The monthly events (regardless if I participate or not) are a great way to get excited about working out!

Its a well rounded workout. I love switching to the different stations (rowing, floor, treadmill). The instructors are awesome. I feel like I have a personal trainer. They really take an interest and want to help. I love it! Its a positive atmosphere and the front desk is so helpful too.
