I like the structured 60 minute classes that gives me a full body workout.
Coach Kristen, community, great mix of cardio and strength, variety of workouts, goal setting, benchmarks, signature workouts, challenging.
The best part of my OTF workout is that the template changes ever day and I do not have to think of what to do. I arrive and follow my coaches lead and get the best well rounded routine daily.
The instructor (Erica) was really nice. Her and First name removed (who went over the paperwork with me) were extremely nice. No judgment when I told them my goals and current fitness regime. I felt comfortable talking to them and asking questions about the lingo and program. Erica would check on me during the workout to make sure I was okay and kept encouraging me which helped me push through the class, there was also another guy there who is an instructor and he even helped push me and encouraged me and told me I was doing great.
OTF Paoli is such an energizing workout! Coaches are friendly and motivating!
The music volume was just right. Often it’s way too loud.

The coaches are helpful, I like the music, and I like not having to think about what workout regimen I should be doing. Plus it always is different and pushes me.
That variety, that it is lead by an instructor and it pushes me harder than I would working out on my own.
I love this workout so much! After many years at OT I do have to say that its waaaaay more motivating to have a coach who brings some energy to class (w good music) & helps/corrects your “movement” - esp when doing it completely wrong. I’m so glad this studio opened so close, i just feel there are a few tweeks they can work on and it would be PERFECT! Would be nice if the front desk staff were a little more engaging as well.

Variety of cardio and weights. Each workout is different, keeps you on your toes. Guided workouts.

The coaches, the energy within the studio, and the templates always challenge the members! I never leave saying "I wish I wouldn't have done that workout." If anything, I may say "I wish I WOULD HAVE done that workout!"
OT workouts are quick and effective. I feel like I total body workout every time I attend a class.

It was challenging and the instructor was good with feedback but hands off enough to give me space to feel comfortable and not too pressured. I never felt like I didn’t belong there
