What do you like about our workout?

I'd never push myself this hard if I was working out on my own. It's a different workout with each visit so I don't get bored. All the coaches are great! And best of all I've seen awesome results.

What do you like about our workout?

It definitely combined strength and cardio which I was looking to have in my work out!

The instructor Nancy is amazing at all times she kept everyone motivated. She also spent time explaining what we would be doing and made me feel at ease.

I like the high energy and support of the trainers. The music helps keep me pumped up and the fact that no two workout routines are the same is awesome. Never know what you’re going to get on any given day!

I like the variety and how everyday is something different. I lift weights outside of OTF so I like the cardio and HIIT aspect of it.

What do you like about our workout?

OT workout pushes me mentally and physically resulting is a healthy mind and body in just three hours a week. Also, the thought process in the workout has been taken away. Its like having a personal trainer who has thought through how do give you both an aerobic and anaerobic workout, working the whole body.

What do you like about our workout?

Great staff. Intense work out. Results are essentially guaranteed if you put the work in. I hate waking up to get there, love the feeling when I'm done. After a year and a half, every work out continues to be a challenge.

I love the variety of the workouts. It's a nice change up, so you don't ever get bored. The group aspect also makes it more motivating.
