I love completing the workout at my own level but still being pushed within my own personal limits and goals. That coaches are friendly and encouraging.
I don’t need to plan anything! I show up, follow the coaches instructions, and leave feeling and knowing I had a great workout! The scheduling is easy with many times to choose from each day. I also love that there are serious athletes and beginners mixed in with each workout.
I love that you can truly customize the workout to your fitness level and ability. The coaches offer support and encouragement alongside their excellent verbal and visual demonstration. The monitors offer real-time demonstrations of heart rate and exertion level to help you tweak your workout. I also have recently added additional weightlifting classes to target muscle growth. The only drawback from previous gym memberships, is I miss the ability to swim or do yoga or dance classes. However, I never worked this hard before in traditional gym membership, even in the HIIT type classes.
I think my blood has turned orange. I'm hooked.

I like how you personally know my name and give me tips during the class on form, recommended weights, etc.
I love the challenging workouts that change every day and throughout each class, so I never get bored. There is a variety of ages in every class and the only person you are competing with is yourself. The heart rate monitor totally motivates me to push myself harder. The instructors and staff are super welcoming, know your name after the first time they meet you and are always super knowledgeable, upbeat and energetic. As someone who has had a history of back injuries, I really appreciate how instructors are constantly watching everyone to make sure they are using correct form when using the free weights and will come and gently correct you if you are doing something wrong or offer modifications. At 53, I am the strongest I have ever been and more cardiovascularly fit than ever. Love Orange Theory!
I love how the coaches push you through the workout and encourage you to be the best you can be!! I also appreciate the modifications for exercises shown so that everyone can get the most out of the workout no matter what fitness level you are at!!
I love how I know no matter what I’m going to get a great hour workout and accomplish things that I did not think was possible.
The cardio
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The coaches really do care about your progress. They work to keep the program fresh. There are members at all levels of fitness, and everyone feels welcome. But the best part is all the members, staff and coaches are friendly, encouraging, and fun.
