What I like most is that every workout is different, I’m told exactly what to do and I get to decide how hard I work. I usually end up pushing myself to my limits, love that.
I love the coaches and the friendly atmosphere. I love that I can modify the workout that fits me and my body/age. I really like the strength classes. I really liked the one today-3:00 one exercise 8 blocks. I feel like most of the coaches have a deep knowledge of the body and give you advice on how you should or shouldn't be doing the exercises. I love the new "finishers". Sometimes the technology isn't always working.
coaches are great!!! they offer alternatives if we have something a little challenging going on. Even though it's a class it feels like i have my own trainer working with me.
Variety. Don’t have to think hard! Just show up and get a really good workout. Music during class is motivating.

The energy, consistent changing in pace, and the coaches have made the ultimate impact on me wanting to workout. I cannot wait for classes and know I'll feel good and did good for my body by the end of every class.

I love walking into a workout, knowing it’s been thoughtfully, physiologically, and safely created. I love knowing that I’ll walk out in one hour having received a great, full body workout (that I didn’t have to think about). I love the upbeat music, the experienced and fun coaches, and the camaraderie between classmates. And I love that there’s a wide variety of ages and fitness levels at each workout. OTF is my favorite!
Coaches are awesome !!!!👏 I appreciate the direction, the correction, the support, the amazing enthusiasm!!! I love how all the coaches know me by name. I’ve been to a variety of fitness clubs small and large, experienced a number of personal coaches over the years. I even went into an orange theory and walked. OTF Maple Grove is so different. I’m so thankful to Elizabeth for referring me. It’s been the best experience ever and this is the longest I have stuck with a fitness program. I can’t believe I go five days a week!! John, Jared, Brandon, Sheila thank you for all your support! The morning front desk staff is pretty awesome also. Love my workout bubbies!! Thank you for your support and friendship!! Love dynamic workouts, before it felt like repetitive workouts, but something changed in the last couple of months - each workout feels very different.

What I like about OTF is the energy that everyone share. It's like one big family. The workouts are structured in a very simple, but rigorous way to get to that fitness level. The coaches are phenomenal! It's a place to be....

Everything. The tunes keep me from getting bored on the treadmill. The coaches are always very helpful to make sure I am doing the exercises with good form so I get the most out of my efforts. They also motivate me to push harder. The heart rate monitors help me push myself to achieve better results. The workouts vary every day. There is nothing to worry about. I show up on time and just do it.

Love the workouts and variety. Like that you are doing more 3Gs! Typically love the music but one instructor always played loud angry rock. He is not there anymore but they should really consider their audience and not go so polarized. The ONLY issue I have with Eagan is what to do about some attendees horrible body odor. I literally have to strategically try to not get placed next to certain people, which you can't always control. But it 100% wrecks my workout because it makes me so nauseous. I wonder how staff had discussed this issue in the past.
I like not having to think up routines. I want to show up, and do the work. I think the workouts are a good balance of strength, cardio, upper body, and lower body.
I love it at OTF Eagan! Everyone is friendly and welcoming, the coaches are energetic and caring, and I get a great workout without having to think about it. It's a great combination.
I love the mix of cardio and health focused workouts. In addition, the staff is extremely helpful with health and fitness related resources.
I like the variety of the workouts, and the intensity of coach Cole at Roseville. Everytime I have gone to OTF I get my sweat on.
