In general I love that I just show up and don’t have to think, and know I’m going to get a good workout. Specifically I really like Siimba’s class - he is a great coach and I appreciate that his music is energetic and songs that I know, and I don’t have to wear earplugs for to the volume! The uptown studio has a really nice vibe.

Orangetheory workouts are a great mix of strength and cardiovascular training. The workouts are constantly changing so that I don't get bored or get stuck on plateaus. I also like to feed off the energy of my fellow members and the coaches.

I like work after each work out you get an email sent to you letting you know how many calories you burned how many miles you ran on the treadmill how are you did in each zone what speed you did on the rower or the bike your total calorie count of how long you’ve been coming to Orange Theory over the years a good‘s communities to support you .
