The fitness instruction is offered to you in multiple ways so it's easy to follow and learn. Live coaches are there to aid you for sucessful movements and encouragement. Music is pumping for increased motivation and the live metrics via the monitors are a perfect way to keep you on track with yourself, and offers a little friendly competition.
I can turn my mind off and just go hard. The coaches do a great job of explaining everything and keeping it fresh every day!

Super fun because the coaches all know what they are doing and are excited about it. Ive worked out at many clubs and the workouts here are so much more effective, interesting and go by fast. It changes every day so I never get bored and just when I think Im familar with all the workouts, something new comes along and challenges me.
The variety between weights and cardio, great energy from coaches, it's really challenging but you can make modifications if needed, and love all the data you get each class
It's hard to pick a favorite coach, they are all so great! Top of my list are Addison, Nickolay and Cole.

It’s all planned out—coach tells us what to do! I don’t have to think about it. And it’s done in an hour. I also like when the coaches are personal and check in with everyone.

While the equipment isn’t the newest, Shakopee OTF has the best coaches I’ve had at any location!
The variety and fun coaches
I love everything about the workout! I typically go 4-6 days a week and am always encouraged by the coaches to challenge myself. While I love the challenge, I also appreciate that I can choose days where I want to take it easier and not go completely all out. It is MY workout and I feel that every time I’m in the studio. North Loop has been my home location for a little over a year and it’s been my favorite out of the 3 I’ve gone to over the last 3 years. If I have one complaint it’s that the studio is not always as clean as I would like. I go to the first class of the day and feel like that should be the cleanest the studio is but there are often sweat marks on the tread mills or various debris on the floor. I don’t miss much about Covid but I do miss the wipe down between classes and the thorough clean at the end of the day.

I like the variety of the workouts from day to day. I also like that the coaches are attentive to your form to make sure you're getting the most from the exercise while also helping protect you from injury.
Love the workouts and the coaches. Only bit of negative feedback is the dirty floor over by weight station 1. It is really gross more often than not. It’s a small thing but if I was a new client I would notice it. Otherwise everything is awesome!!!!!
