I love absolutely everything about OTF! The workouts are the best 60 mins of exercise I’ve ever been committed to for almost 6 years. The staff are phenomenal. I’d recommend it to any one at any fitness level to get healthy and stay healthy.
Variety, community and music.
I love that every 60 minute workout is a mix of intensity and endurance levels and inclusive of cardio and strength excercises. It is a wholesome routine to get into a habit of for increasing stamina and toning muscles.
I am always challenged physically and mentally. The floor exercises target the muscles in different ways; there is a lot of variety.

Workouts are easy to follow and challenging. In the 8 months that I’ve had my membership, not 2 workouts have been the same (outside of signature workouts or benchmarks).

Combo of cardio/weights
I love the pacing of the workouts. The coaches are great at offering alternatives if needed. They also do a great job checking technique to prevent injury. No matter the size of the class, I always feel looked after. The atmosphere is very supportive of all people and all sizes who are interested in getting a workout. No one judges you. I highly recommend Orange Theory!
I feel like it’s a full body workout that challenges me everyday. It also changes daily I like the change up.
The coaches and front desk staff are the best! Truly, having the support and encouragement from the coaches in particular has kept me motivated and accountable. I owe any health and wellness improvements to them and am thankful each time I attend!
When I’m not dealing with aches/pains, I really enjoy the personal challenge as well. There are times when the workouts feel a bit much for me and wish they could be a little more “reasonable” for an achy old body but I’ve learned to dial it to a doable pace for myself!
