I love not having to think about what to do…the fabulous coaches tell us. No matter how tired or lazy I’m feeling when I arrive, I always walk out feeling good and know I had a good workout.
I like knowing I have three relatively even focus areas but have no idea what the set is going to be. The mix of knowing and not knowing keeps this interesting and challenging. The coaches, especially Taylor and Noah, motivate without being obnoxious. OTF has got me feeling fit again, not just strong. At 55, it’s great to be able to spontaneously run across a park with my dog and not worry about being extremely winded or pulling a muscle!
I love the working out at orange theory. Trainers are really good.
I like the variety of workouts vs doing the exact same workout every time. This keeps things interesting. Variety is the spice of life!

I love that I don't have to think about what kind of workout I am going to do. If I were to walk into a regular gym after a long day at work, I might just stare at all of the equipment. Having a different workout plan ready made for you is amazing. I truly feel like I am getting the most efficient 60-minute workout possible. The small changes I am seeing and feeling are extremely motivating and exciting.

I love the comradery of being with like-minded others. I really, really love being told what to do. The templates are fresh and usually easy to follow and I can see my progress over time.
The coaches motivate me to push harder than I ever would on my own. They keep it interesting because no two workouts are the same. The app and all of the data tracking are instrumental in setting goals and celebrating progress. I have been a member for years and continue to see gains in strength, endurance and flexibility. I am more fit now in my 40s than I ever was in my 20s. That is all thanks to OTF!

I would NEVER work out as hard as I do at OTF if left to my own devices at an independent gym. The time in class goes so fast and all the coaches are fun and awesome. They give good form corrections without embarassing you and are supportive of everyone at all fitness levels. Working out there is the highlight of my week.

The instructors are awesome, the participants at OTF Maple Grove are encouraging and friendly and the workout is great because I can take it at my own pace. Seeing your heart rate feedback keeps you from over-exerting yourself while also encouraging you to push yourself. Great workout and great facility
