Orangetheory Fitness delivered an outstanding workout experience. The energetic atmosphere and expert guidance pushed me to my limits. The dynamic exercises left me feeling invigorated and accomplished. Can't wait to go back for more!
Challenging yet fun. Never get bored.
I like that it is basically personal training in a group format with a variety of exercises and modifications if needed. I don't really have to think about what I am doing, just listen for the cues or look at the screen and I know I am always getting a great workout. I also appreciate the smaller classes and supportive environment.
I would have given a 10 except that I don't like such repetitive templates or partner workouts.
The variety. Coach John is the best!
Best workout in the business. Great for those who want to find and stick with a fitness routine. Coaches are encouraging, energetic, and helpful. Maplewood staff and members are incredible friendly.
The afterburn is addicting. “Afterburn you say??” Why don’t you drop in for an hour and you’ll see what I’m talking about! You’re welcome.
Show me someone who says they don’t get a world-class, efficient, 1-hour full body workout and I’ll show you a liar.
Overall: very cool.
Love the coaches. Love the people who come. Love the workouts! You will get sweaty ... but it will feel good!
Good motivation and friendly
It is fun and engaging! My only recommendation is I wish we had more updated and better music. It feels like the coaches are all playing the same playlists from when the club opened. When I go to other OTF in the area their workout music is better.

I like that we have a very productive 1 hour. Also all the staff are super nice and accommodating. I am on OT group pages and it is amazing what other studios do and how people complain. I haven't experienced any of that.
It's fun, quick, and challenging. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I love OTF :).

The instructors our energetic and also will assist you in class. Front desk staff is very good as well and easy to work with.

Great variety of endurance and strength training, great energy, meets everyone on where they are at in their fitness journey.
You get a full workout in 60 minutes with weight lifting, rower and thread mill! Trainers are great and highly motivating!! Been going for 2 years and will continue to go!

Also great coaches like Simon who are willing to take a few seconds to correct my (and others) form as needed in class rather than just show the weight lifting instructions once.
Energetic, trainers, accountability, ability to go at my own pace.
I don’t have to think about it. I show up, grumble about how hard it is, and have coaches that help coach me through it and hold me accountable to myself. Then I go home feeling proud and glad I’ve shown up.

- combination of having a different program every workout while knowing it will be a combination of tread, rower and floor exercises
- the gamification associated with the splat points and the fact that every studio has the same workout on that day means I can compare workouts w friends across the country.
- opportunities to test your progress with the challenges on tread and rower
- the data provided via the app
