OTF is a beginner friendly, full-body workout. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The coaches are motivating and take the time to answer any questions.

Coaching turnover rate is a little concerning. My other OT gym has a very stable coaching staff

I think we need the new treads. I am going to different studios because I like their treadmills better because I am short and like to see over the screen while running.
It's a very efficient workout, getting in cardio, lifting, and rowing all into an hour!
The friendly environment, some coaches remember you by your first name which I find that to be very cool. You don’t get that one on one coach relationship in other gyms unless you pay for it.
I like the intensity of the work out, makes me have hope that I will be able to loose some weight

I love the coaching and that it mixes cardio and strength. Love the variety each workout offers. I would love to see more opportunities for a 3:15 or 3:30 pm class during the school year as I am a teacher.
The coaches are great! Love the various routines and different exercises.
It is crazy that people that have been with you for over a year are paying more for the unlimited membership than new people. The studio does nothing extra. If you look at other studios on social media they have all different kinds of contests and events at their studio. Only recently has the studio been clean. It is usually very dirty and borderline gross. When equipment is broken it takes months to get it repaired.
Hiring Nick as the head coach is a step in the right direction. Please keep making smart decisions like that and the score will go up

As a teacher, I have to be “on” all day. It’s nice to show up to workout and not have to think. The entire hour workout is planned down to every second. And, of course, it’s always a good workout. What’s better than a finished workout?
