The quote was higher than expected so we are in the process of discerning this project. Jeff was very insightful and respectful and was a pleasure to meet. We are looking at our budget.

I received an extremely high quote for the repairs. I also requested an itemized quote, which I did not receive. The quote that I received included a comment stating that I was not friendly. He stated that wanted him to leave my house immediately following the inspection, and that I requested the quote via E-mail. Because of Covid, I am limiting any extended interaction with people-that was my reason for requesting that the quote be sent via E-mail.

I will not be using your company because the quote was too high, and I do not think my "unfriendly" nature is suited for your company.
