though salesmen have to be pushy, Mr. Prahl was pushy, but honest. I like that. I was an encyclopedia salesperson once my first two years of college. Not much has changed. But, Mr. Prahl did a good job telling me about every aspect of the job. Even when he couldn't get all the way around the attic. Building impediments were the cause of the attic access.
Where do I start:
Signed contract in March of 2022. Here it is in August and still not one thing has been repaired.
No follow-up as to what the issue is without me initiating it is bad business. Even then, to be dragged along as to what's happening, that really isn't happening is fraudulent. Now after paying my deductible, and waiting 5 months, I gotta find someone else to do the work.
Salesman was 35 minutes late for appointment, no call prior to inform me of that. After sales presentation, was told estimate would be e-mailed to me the next day, no e-mail the next day. Third day, left message on salesmans phone, informing still haven't received estimate. One day after leaving that message, received phone call from salesman, he stated he was ill, would forward estimate. Received estimate but it was nothing more then a price quote, no specifics on what work was to be completed. Poor communication across the board.
The entire team was very professional.
This is the second time that I received an estimate from Beltway Builders and it is always way higher than anyone else.
We have used Woodland for every window and sliding door in our house. We also used you for Fopom (spelling?) around the front entryway and along with storm door. We are now looking into Front Entry Door. Great products.
Nobody has contacted me since I paid
The crew was prompt, courteous, and VERY professional. I was happy with the quality and outcome of my project.

Your failure to communicate my email message to your staff.
Beltway builders employee call me on 8/8/2022 to see if we were still interested in having any work done. We scheduled an appointment for 8/11/2022 with a time frame of 2:30pm - 4:00pm. I received a confirmation email on 8/10/2022 and a confirmation text in the morning of our appointment 8/11/2022. No one ever showed up, called or texted. Totally unprofessional.
I like that you get a few windows at a time . I was referred to this company .

I collected estimates from four companies and have now decided to proceed with another company. No issies to pin point.
I completed a survey last night also. Today, I received an email that the full proposal for work estimated was sent to me. I only received 1 of 3.
In order for us to make a decision for work to be done, we will need to receive all 3 proposals for total consideration.
Please have the salesman Matt to submit to us proposals/estimates for the work that we would like to have done by Allied Restoration. An email was sent to Matt about the same.

The salesperson was tolerant and patient with me and my concerns and truly left a favorable impression on me that I had not experienced before with the vast majority of representatives who come to give you a free in-home estimate.
