I am just waiting to review a few more quotes. I have all the information that I need for beltway at this time.
I am still waiting for the proposal. I haven’t had any follow up after the visit I had this week.
Estimator came out in short time to look over the work and sent proposal quickly.

I am concerned about the lack of follow up. On Monday, August 8, 2022, an Allied Restoration salesman visited our home to discuss our requests to have the kitchen and 2 bathrooms remodeled. The salesman stated that he wanted to show us a 3D rendering of what the work may look like based from our discussion. Due to the salesman experiencing laptop technical difficulties, he said that we should receive a copy of the 3D renderings later that evening and will be able to manipulate it further. Since we did not receive any such email Monday evening, I reached out to the salesman Tuesday morning. On Tuesday late afternoon when I realized that I still did not receive an email of the estimate nor the 3D renderings of the 3 rooms, I called and texted the dedicated salesman and left messages for a return call - left a reminder for him to send the email in question.
Today, I texted our dedicated salesperson at 7:54AM and requested a follow up call. I did get a prompt text reply that stated, "I will resend everything this morning IT is working on my email fix I sending of emails. Now." Shortly after the text, I received a phone call. The salesperson reiterated that IT is working on the existing IT issue and that a resolution is expected soon. I was told to expect an email of the estimate and 3D renderings shortly. I reached out to the main office via Phone number removed at 2:34 PM, to request further assistance. The representative asked for my dedicated salesperson's name of which I shared and stated that she would him to call me right away; and to no avail.
We enjoyed the visit we had with the salesperson that visited us on Monday, August 8th at 4:30 PM. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and very attentive to our need and request for a total gut-out of kitchen and baths. However, I am bewildered over the lack of follow-up and inattentiveness to date. Please let David and I know if you are interested or not in working with us. We would appreciate follow-up towards this end at the least.

Even though they may not get the contract they will stay in touch with you in case there is a future need.
Salesman very friendly and knowledgeable did talk about your products but wasn’t pushy very much appreciated that

Representative was loud and spent a half hour talking about himself and his backstory. He was unable to find a solution to our desired remodeling, gave no price estimates, and spent so much time off topic that we couldn’t have a discussion about the remodeling. Very uncomfortable.

I have had two appointments for estimates from Beltway Builders. Both times it was a no show on Beltway Builder's part without a telephone call, text or email to tell me they were not coming. I did get a reminder text the day before to let me know I had an appointment scheduled both times. I have no idea why no one showed up.
Patricia was very knowledgeable and professional and spent time listening and offered great suggestions.

I was impressed with your contact person but the price was twice as much as any other other contractor that made a QUOTE. So I went with a different contractor based on price..

The sales guy wasn’t quite knowledgeable about the products you sell and the details thereof. I got 6 bids and only yours was twice the amount. Clearly, the other five companies knows or have expertise in window installation on high floors that your company lacks.
Scheduling is fast and installations have been efficient and clean.
Everything was great but I'm on a budget..little high for me
