Quality and professional
Requested a quote to replace a flat roof and kitchen cabinets. Never came for an onsite assessment of the roof but estimate was 2x that of all other estimates. Never received estimate on the kitchen cabinets.

Joshua was phenomenal. Since we need custom size patio doors. The cost between 7 and $8,000. makes us have to stop and really think about the investment especially if we are not sure how long we will live here.
Joshua was wonderful explaining everything, we are in a need of a new roof and that might have to take precedence.

There has been an immense lapse in communication. Allied Restoration came out to do my roof inspection after a significant delay and there has been no follow up in terms of their assessment. I need this assessment so that I can make a decision on next steps. I am extremely disappointed with your service. Excellent customer service is important to me and Allied Restoration has failed in that regard. Communication is the baseline for good business practice and Allied Restoration needs to do a better job with communication and follow up with customers.

Aaron came over to evaluate the project. Discussed the project. He indicated an estimate would be available quickly (that evening) I actually thought perhaps a few days. No response to date.
I’m looking for the cost of material and labor in an estimate not measurements and abstract costs traceable to neither labor nor material.

I was informed that the project manager would get in touch with me about the scheduling of the work that we discussed and I did not hear from him or anyone going on three days after I was informed that I would know something regarding the work to my home. I made a cash deposit.
The guy who came out was beyond fantastic! I didn’t feel like he was a salesman, but he educated us about the company and the products. He didn’t pressure us at the end at all like most do, and I really appreciated that the most!
The landscaping estimate was about three times higher than that from a known competitor.
Price was much much higher than expected.
So far the service has been good and I’m excited for you guys to do the work
Joe, who was sent to do the eval thought I wanted the "wood" floor refurbished. He said to the renters that it was at least 10 years old and recommended resurfacing (shaving it down) and applying several coats of polyurethane to the tune of $4000 plus. It is an engineered baboo which is not even 2 years old! When he found out what I wanted, he got very grumpy and disagreeable and said he couldn't help and that I should speak with Stacy. We all think he's very hard of hearing. Maybe he's not the best person to interact with potential clients.
I reached out to Stacy, whom I had spoken with the night before because no one showed up to our appointment. He was very apologetic, courteous and professional. I explained again that I wanted to have the floor repaired as it was new but had soft spots. I got an email back explaining what might be done. I responded and asked for an estimate but have not heard back. It's been 3 days.
If they can't do it, I can understand. I would just like to ask for respect in an answer.

The original estimate arrived without a price. The estimator resent. Same problem.
The verbal price was about 50% than three other companies I have bids from.
