For some unknown reasons? We seems to have had a misconnection. We had thought that some person would come to our home and do a visual inspection. I am not sure that this has happened. Some strange man came and he did a poor job of inspecting? We have not heard anything more until this review. I am not sure if the person was a real employee or a suspect? We still need to have our deck work done. I do not know what kind of business that you are running. The first impression was not a very positive one.

Yes, they want to charge me 2 and a half times more than what the item actual costs!!! Plus, they want me to pick up the item when the item is right on their way to my house. I don't have a p/u truck so how do they want me to pick it up? If they were making a deck for me, would they expect me to p/u the wood too?? Not very customer oriented and not very helpful when trying to close the sale!!

The gentleman that showed up did not have a mask on and he never actually measured my fence just eyeballed it and then gave me an estimate that was significantly more than any other company. It led me to believe that he inflated the price because he was not interested in the jo. Not very professional if you ask me

No. I thought that your sales representative was well spoken and very knowledgeable. I had other contractors that assessed my needs and I just felt that the one I eventually selected was a better fit for the project. I do appreciate the time your company spent providing me with an estimate and an understanding of your company.

Asking someome if they have the money to start or is ready to start is no way to do business. If I did not have the money, I wouild not have asked for you to give me a bid. Then, not coming to give the bid because you are not trusting that the customer is ready to start is bad business. Good luck.

The proposed price was quite over the top!!!
I haven’t heard back from the project manager since last Saturday, April 25. It’s hard to proceed with a project without any updates.

Your price quote was more than twice the two others I received. I priced the materials at $585. Your quote was then $4000 over the price of materials to install 137 foot of fence. Ridiculous.
Representative didn't create a non contact visit. He was pushy in entering my home and didn't make me feel comfortable during the visit. Then during the consultation he moved his mask under his nose saying it fogged his glasses. That made me extremely uncomfortable even while I was wearing a mask. Which I've never had to do in my own house.

Jay was short and not customer friendly. Didn’t want to take time to provide me with a accurate estimate. I mention the add from the paper, which had a complete price for a bathroom and kitchen. I realize that the prices are based on the size of the area. My home has small bathroom and small kitchen. The amount that he quoted off the top of his head was way off base.
