Love the first meeting
Your prices were extremely high compared with your competitors. While others were giving me prices in the $2000 range your company was quoting me in the $8000 range. I have had quotes from 6 companies and you by far are the most expensive for the same job.
Have not received the estimate yet from 5/3/2021
I liked the salesman. He explained everything very well, answered all my questions, and was very professional. The recommended replacement windows seem to be very high quality, and he explained the reason for recommending the child safety feature.
The windows are a little pricy and I wonder if there is a less expensive option.

The estimate that I was given was so ridiculousy high. The same work was done for me in the past was at least 1/3 of his estimate. The only reason I won't be using the company that I used in the past is that the company no longer does jobs in my area.
Really, are you kidding me!! An appointment was set up for an estimate. No one called or showed up fir the appointment.
Was confusing that company was referred to as L & N Painting with initial call and appt set up. Driver texted and did not verify that this was the same company so I did not proceed with the estimate. No follow up.

I enjoyed meeting Matt Lucas when he inspected the property. I’m still waiting for the estimate for the work.
Nobody showed up Tuesday afternoon as was scheduled and I wasn’t notified of any rescheduling.
Your pricing was almost laughable compared to others I have received. So NO I will not be using or recommending your company. Thank You for your time.
I specifically asked if your company can level my floor. When the tech came he said your company cannot do that work.

it is hard to say this, but it is time for Joe to retire. I respect that he wants to keep working but he could barely walk across the parking lot. his mind maybe good but he seemed so fragile, i did not want to make him walk any further.

We have confidence in the quality of Beltway Builder's work but the prices are more than we can handle at this time. Thank you for coming out and doing an estimate for us. The gentleman who came out was professional, asked questions and I believe he understood the scope of what needed to be done. We will not be moving forward with your company. They are extremely expensive. $750.00 to re hang a storm door that came off by one hinge.
No one ever responded to my email
Dennis was not able to answer any of my questions while on site. He stated he'd have to have an architect provide a quote. Work listed on quote received was not accurate.
There follow through on the estimate and punctuality was excellent.
Not certain I understand the estimate process. Is there a set price for replacement of porch posts/columns. Your representative offered a price for replacement before even looking closely at the project. The price was approximately 3 times the cost of another home improvement company estimate.
Did not s price based on how long it took me to decide to give them the job.
