I AM WAITING FOR ALLIED'S ESTIMATE in response to their visit on 4/29/21.
Timely scheduling of on-site visit, knowledge of my project request and response to questions.
I was told I'd get a quote in 15 minutes and two days later nothing. Not off to a good start.

It's a little "old School" to require both spouses to be there for an estimate. I work 90 miles from home

I am basing this info on the most recent visit. We have done business with you previously and liked the work done. This time is was quite different. The representative came in and I let him know what I would like. He went to the first closet and took a pic/measurements, I am assuming. I too him to the second, He said looks the same, did not take any pics/measurement - whatever. I told him the first was smaller. He made a snarly response. Told me the price was $750. I advised him I had advised him I had 2 other competitor prices less than his. He said I had better take is. Went out the door with no goodbye or thank you for inquiring with your company. NOT a pleasant experience, for sure.
