The representative who came to provide the estimate was very courteous and professional. The quote seemed reasonable compared to another quote that I received. I am still evaluating different companies to determine which is the best fit for the work. Allied Restoration is on my list.

Your project manager came out and looked at our project. Said he would get back to us with a quote. Never got back to me even after reaching out to the company two times. The company never got back to me either.

Estimate was extremely high.

Knowledge of construction products
The scheduling was mishandled. it took over a month to get appointment times. On the day of service the contractors showed up but did no work provided no explanation as to why the word had not been done and left external parts of my house exposed.

I was given a quote for 7 days and was told I would receive it in my email. However, I never got the quote. You didn't follow up as promised. This is a bad omen for a construction company.
Your rep called for pictures instead of coming, said he sent quote and did not after three days and my texting him back. He was clearly not interested in providing it.
Excellent visit. I was impressed by the thoroughness of analysis of my needs, the discussion of various options, the LISTENING skills, and the ability to suggest more affordable options given my particular circumstances (wanting to sell the house). Compared to other contractors from whom I've received estimates, your firm is one of the best.

Found a much cheaper price elsewhere
Estimate price was too much for painting one front door. In addition, the payment stream was front-loaded so the customer had little leverage if something went wrong.
Estimate 5 times what other estimates were. The guy called 3 times & tried to move the estimate time. Then came in & left in less then 5 minutes...
Price was way out of line
I just received an estimate to do deck work; but impressed with Billy's professionalism.

Price jumped over 2000.00 in two years. Extimator states cost of lumber went up and could not give md a cheaper price. This company would rather offer the consumer a finance package instead of offering ways to reduce the estimate. I will look elsewhere for a company that has the consumer in mind and is willing to work with you.
