Your price is almost double our next highest quote. It was insulting.

Provide reasonably service
John was very professional and responsive. I just cannot believe you charge $200 for and estimate. This makes it impossible to get more than 1 estimate, unless I am willing to throw away $200. Most of the other contractors I am dealing with do not do that and they great reviews as you do. It sounds as though you do great work, from what I have read, but I would be foolish not to get estimates before I decide which contractor to go with.

A clear understanding of scope
I just wanted my shower floor tile replaced and I got a quote to replace it and my bathroom floor tiles because of some leeks that may occur!! Really!!! Also for the price I can get my whole bathroom remodel. Thanks but no thanks.
The gentleman who came to give me estimate to fix the water damage wouldn't give me a estimate unless I signed to hire his company's adjuster to talk to my insurance.
I wouldn't hire them for nothing nor recommend to anyone!

I received three other estimates and your quote was twice as much as everyone else. Also one of your flyers were left at my house and none of the prices quoted on the flyer was the same quote I received from your rep.
Yes. We have not made a decision due comparing cost especially since lumber prices seem to have risen exponentially..
We are still collecting quotes to find the best fit for our budget. However, your quote is one of the higher ones we have received. We have one more consultation before we truely decide.
