The business is "Always" clean, employees friendly and Elizabeth does a fabulous job in cutting my hair. Not everyone can cut my hair but she "consistently" cuts it correctly and quickly. I am VERY pleased and glad I started using this location for my haircut.
Friendly staff, the cut great, and the VIP treatment is phenomenal!!
Get better stylists. When I came home noticed one side shorter than the other and had a family member correct it.

What I like most is Elizabeth who is my stylist. not only does she do an excellent job of running the store as I notice the promp service for all customers and the cleanliness in the store, she is a fabulous stylist. I don't even tell her what I need anymore she just cuts! She is also very friendly and pleasant to talk to.love her!!
No consistency with Sports Cip. Every time I am satisfied with my haircut, I go back and have to start all over again with a new person because they do not input what hair cut I like. I had a great haircut three trips ago, told the person to input my cut cause I wasn't sure what he did--went back, it wasn't inputted and I had to try to explain the haircut. Asked her to input it so I didn't have to explain, guess what--she didn't.

The haircuts are decently priced and the hot towel and wash are relaxing. Tierra Holden at the North Dale Mabry location in Tampa is the best!
The hot towel and shampoo - the chair massage, could apply more pressure - can hardly feel it most times.
Make sure your stylists know scissor cutting...
