Consistency of staff and cut

Ashley did the best haircut ever and deserves employee of the year!!!! Liz was da bomb and def is an awesome store manager. The lady behind Ashley thou always be taking Ashley's stuff too but she's pretty cool, I guess...lol Hope y'all enjoyed the shake/cupcakes!
Elizabeth in Northdale is great. I am glad your VIP advance purchase cards are on line in the computer system now. I had at least two cuts taken by someone and last week when I got my haircut, my card was no longer in the VIP card box and I had a cut left on it?? If I do not get a couple free haircuts, I will be going to a competitor elsewhere. I love going to that store so much, I waited over an hour and a half to get service. It is great to watch espn and relax, but I know a stylist was let go recently from that location, who happened to be a former student of mine( I am a teacher) who had a troubled past and obviously still presently. Please have the owner call me at Phone number removed The store was very busy and I did not want to talk about the issue then and do not know when I will be able to get back to that store. I moved to Palm Harbor and love the stylist , Elizabeth who is the manager at that location. It is crazy with cameras for internal security that a person got away with stealing for a while. You also have my email, please let me know if I will be able to get some credits for future cuts. Thank you

My stylist was very personable and professional. Being that it was my first visit, I was given the VIP treatment, at no additional charge beyond the senior haircut price. The VIP treatment included a shampoo, neck and shoulder Massage and a hot towel on my face. I will definitely return to this business!
when I first started going to Sportclips the atmosphere in the beginning was great, I felt a bit pampered, it was more than just a haircut in a very friendly environment. The past few times I have had little to no rapport with the staff. I do not feel overly welcome, they do not seem to be focused on giving me a specialized experience. My stylist reeked of ketchup sauce (I believe she had just returned from lunch). To sum up its just frustrating and not worth the extra money when i can go to a great clips or fantastic sams and have the same level of service but for half the cost if not lower. Its been a fun run maybe I will try again in the future.

The N. Dale Mabry location is the best. Liz does a great job managing her team. She is insightful when cutting my hair, and makes an effort to know her clients. I enjoy the entire team at this location. Keep up the great work y'all!
Longtime client at this specific location (have even moved to Zephyrhills and still came here (Northdale)) because not only is the service great, but the staff are excellent as well! On 8/15, Rosa was my stylist and by far has been the best yet!

Ashley is AWESOME!!! She always is a perfectionist and makes sure the beard trimming and/or haircut or both look balanced and to her liking. That's one thing I can always count on...leaving the place knowing the cut and/or trim is on sync. Ashley also has upsold me lots of times and so has Elizabeth. Both are GREAT employees at that location! Will continue to go until either they leave or the prices are too much for a haircut.
