The hot towel and shampoo - the chair massage, could apply more pressure - can hardly feel it most times.

The people are friendly and I do not have to go over what I want done every time I go. I should also add that besides being friendly, the staff is efficient and very proficient.

We love Sports Clips but your pricing needs to be more reasonable, particularly for school teens. Or offer better and more practical incentives than the archiac punch card. Cmon you have that info in your computer system- why force customers to keep track of a paper card to receive the incentive. If something is not done about above, will need to start taking my 3 teenage boys elsewhere

I like the Great customer services provided by Ashley and Elizabeth. Always have smiles, always trying to bring in products that us guys want. Products are great, but should offer products that would help, not harm, color treated hair.

Last time you did a perfect job, my son was proud and we took pictures of the hair cut and now you disappoint completely it look a 5 dollar hair and he does not like it at all. I send it with my daughter what a mistake I did. He make that remark was to short and nobody listen to him. Wow need to listen to the kid next time. My wife said cannot believe a 18 dollar hair cut came up this bad. Need to do something better so I can come back to your place. Thank you and listen to the Kid.
