In and out with a good haircut and quality service
The reason for the seven is because in 2015 I purchased 5 cuts and I don't understand why I'm charged I didn't get my 2nd hot towel I have to ask about my card it was not as flowing as I am used to.

There are a few issue this time: 1) I came to the shop at 5:20ish. No one greeted me and as a matter of fact one of the stylists just after I arrived turned the "open" sign off, 2) the stylists were openly complaining about the management and how bad it was to work for them, 3) by the time I had a hair wash and hot towel the stylists had turned off the machines and everything was room temp at best. Finally it was clear they wanted me to just leave at the end and did not finish with shoulder massages and they were confused as to what I should pay on check out.

I liked the professionalism presented by the staff. Ashley always takes care of things, and the women who cut my hair this time was curtious, and respectful to someone who has a hard time getting hair cuts.

The business itself is nice. They way things are set up are convenient, the card payment, tv entertainment, the tools and utensils. The woman who cut my hair didnt seem to have to much interest in being thorough, I think her name was Elizabeth. When I got home, I noticed she did the back of my head well enough but didn't bother to go through stray hairs. On either side of my head she also made unnecessarily cuts near my sideburns and made a weird angle on the inside of my sideburns. My hair cut is fairly simple. Just run the clippers on the sides and back, use scissors on the back. I found it very expensive to pay 19$, excluding the tip I gave her. Whereas I can get the same cut at another place and, at most, I pay 20 with a very nice tip included. I do not see myself returning, I was only there because it was close and I was tight for time. I was hoping the gamble to go into a new place was worth it and it was not

Do you whomever it may concern, there are only a couple of reasons why I would not give a 10 rating and they are as follows, the massage portions of the service are too inconsistent in the amount of time spent on the customer, depending on who is the the sports clip employee performing the service. The second is I can ask one of the sports clip employees to cut my hair a certain style and if I have three different people styling my hair at three different times it'll come out three different ways instead of the same way every time.
