Excellent service
Hair stylist was not paying attention to what she was doing. Did horrible job on the hair cut. Never had this experience in Texas where I go. Felt like I went to great clips rather than sports clips. And also, do not have a conversation with guest in next chair, rather then focus on my hair cut. Totally disrespectful and bad experience.

I went to another sports clips 2201 Sember Dr in Odessa and was waiting for Andrea. I waited 20 minutes in the lobby and asked the only stylist cutting hair, does the back room have a tv screen so people back there know who is waiting? The stylist said no, let me go tell them. Andrea came out and was extremely indignant and rude and saidm I was talking to my boss, if you are in such a friggen rush, get over here and sit down. I said what are you talking about? How am I supposed to know behind a wall and door, who you were talking to. She then became more indignant and said sit down if you are in such a rush. Her boss was standing there all this time. I said I don't get it, all I did was ask the stylist cutting hair if there was a way for them to know in the back, if there are people waiting? She still continued to give me attitude. If she was my employee and they spoke like to that to a customer, I would have fired her for that behavior, if nothing else, I would have apologized to the customer and given her a warning. I told Andrea, she was being a jerk to me, when all I did was ask a question of another stylist and left and went to the other Sports Clips where Tally works on Dale Maybury. She was an absolute delight to work with, did a great job.
Nakita does such a great job and is always so gentle with my Mom. We love the time that is spent with her and the job she does on my moms hair.
