Skyline Sunrooms Review
July 25-26, 2023

On May 12, 2023, I met with Rick, a representative for Skyline Sunrooms. We discussed different kinds of patio covers, including, size, style, color, and the product Alumawood. I was given a brochure, and I informed Rick that a friend had a patio cover installed some months ago, and she recommended Skyline. Because my neighbor was with me at my friend’s house, we both asked for contact information. Word of mouth and good business is the best advertisement!

After an hour or so, me and Rick had discussed the patio cover size and color, and what would complement the space in my backyard; he was through and patient. He made sure to explain that I would have a Design Consultant (Chris) to visit, and at that time I could make any changes in design and color of the patio cover.

Chris, a Design Consultant, visited my home on May 31st. He assured me that I had selected a nice patio cover, and with his expertise I decided on a different patio cover color. Chris took final patio measurements, and explained what was expected of me in preparing for the patio installation. He also discussed what to expect when the installers arrived, and what the warranty would cover. I was pleased with Chris’ attitude and his input was invaluable.

Fast forwarding to the morning of the installation which was July 25. I was greeted by Ryan, Logan, and Judah. Their body language and pleasant demeanor exhibited that they were here at my home to begin the job. The work began, and I took notice from inside my home that these guys were taking care of my plants and cleaning as they went along. These guys are professionals and worked in tandem to get the patio cover built. Because this was a two-day project, my yard was left neat and in order with the products in areas that did not impede me moving about after the team left.

Day two, I approached Ryan to ask him questions about the building of my patio and getting a first-hand feel of the material itself. Ryan had extensive knowledge about the product, and he patiently explained the process of building the patio cover. In my conversations with these guys individually, I gathered that each understood the building process. Logan and Judah were just as informed and knowledgeable, as it related to the Alumawood product.

Finally, aside from the nicely built patio cover, the cleanup was most important to me. The guys left my yard in good condition. I am pleased to share that my patio cover is beautiful in size, style, and color, and it compliments my backyard perfectly!

All phases of installation were conducted in a courteous and professional manner. Sales associate was very helpful in selecting the appropriate window for the project. Back office staff provided delivery and install scheduling updates in a timely manner. Installers were on time, courteous, professional and provided pre and post installation walk through. Great care was taken to ensure a clean install and respect for household i.e. carpet runners, drop cloths. Installation supervisor inspected the job thoroughly and provided comprehensive care, maintenance and warranty information. Job site was cleaned after install and debris was removed. Overall, a great job by all involved. Highly recommended!

Royal Covers was professional, efficient and friendly from the initial visit to the permit process (required for my particular job) through final installation. While none of my friends nor I had heard of the company before, I felt good about my interactions with all personnel and decided to go with them-I’m glad I did-they knew what they were doing and did not disappoint. My project was a pergola with a ceiling fan for a large interior courtyard. I highly recommend Royal Covers.

We were very impressed by the initial presentation, how the representative listened to our needs, and his total professionalism. We waited, it seemed, for quite a lengthy time for our project to commence. The two installers represented your company very well, and their work was superb. They worked efficiently and cleaned up every bit of the debris.

Overall we are very pleased and satisfied.

I especially liked how detail oriented and professional the process of waterproofing my 3 cracks was. Salvador was very skilled and performed the repair as though this was his home. From estimating with Jerry to scheduling with Jessica - all good - highly recommend “The Real Seal”.

Rescon installed a quality Bilco bulkhead door to my basement.

James the installer was a real craftsman, modifying the steel plates
to make the lower edge easy to step over when entering the stairs.
The day after installation, we had a hard rain and there was no
leakage into the basement stairs.

James was courteous, capable and respectful of my property.
He carefully cleaned up the work area when he was done
and hauled away my old doors.

What a great company. Very processional. They 1st came out to quote an estimate and that was the final bill actually. I appreciate no surprises!

The work done was excellent. We now have a walkway no longer slanting heavily to one side.
It was like being drunk walking on the former walkway. lol
The Poly jacking also took care of the trip hazard.
