The representative was very informative. The two conversations over the phone was very polite and scheduled me for convenient times. The service people that repaired the foundation was respectful of my home, my pets, and my schedule. The service people went over every little detail with me showing me exactly how the system worked and assuring me that there has been like zero complications from doing this procedure. Did this company was very opened to making sure that the customer was 100% satisfied. As far as the product goes on the foundation I haven't been able to truly evaluate that part as of yet but from whatever I see and hear it sounds like I have made the correct decision in contacting this company.

Installer was punctual and very efficient. All efforts were made to keep my home clean. Work was very well done. I couldn’t be happier with the results. The windows are beautiful inside and out.

Our 1970’s custom cedar house with a huge wall of windows was quite a challenge from rotting frames which required a new trim strategy to huge panes of glass. The windows are beautiful and we are very happy with the quality. Hats off to this team that worked so hard to get it all done right.

Service was expedient and hassle-free

Don't know about your products. But, the service is good. Scheduled an appointment in a timely manner to evaluate repairs needed. I had hit a slate retaining wall backing out of the garage. It looked like an avalanche or a landslide. Either looks about the same. The one advantage was there was no cement or mortar work involved. It was more of a labor and time-consuming project. Just sort through the slate pieces and put them together like a puzzle. I don't recall how long the job was maybe half a day with the Supervisor and 3 crew. I had to take car to body shop & pick up the rental car. By the time a returned the crew was finishing up & my poor retaining was all put together again.

George did a great job and kept me informed all along the way.
