My patio cover was just installed and the coming storm, Hilary, will put it to the test. However, I am so impressed with the product and the precision of how it is assembled. It looks outstanding and has totally transformed the look and function of my patio. My husband has dementia and I could not even have him sit on the back patio because of the sun and lack of privacy. He slept out there 2 days ago for 4-5 hrs. Having said all that, I really want to comment on the crew that put the patio cover up. LJ (Larry) and his crew were very different from other work crews I have had here over the course of 34 years. I was raised in a family that worked construction as well as ran a mobile home park. As kids we were my Dad's work crew and he did not tolerate slowness, stupidity, sloppiness or lack of foresight. He was tough and did not like us screwing around on his time. One of the first things I noticed about LJ and his crew is that they did not talk; they instinctively knew what each man was to do to get the job done. They cleaned up as they went so there was minimal clean up at the end of each day. They did not take lunch breaks...they worked non-stop and were out each day with minimum impact on me. I have a husband and 3 dogs to take care of and was dreading this install. But I was profoundly impressed and grateful. There is only one other company that I have given this kind of review and that company is Chewy.

Very friendly to work with didn't have to explain what I wanted you already had an idea in in what was going to happen all I had to do was tell you where I want it and where to end it. The work was conducted in a timely manner and in the end it came out perfect I'm very happy in what it turned out

The customer service was great and friendly. Staff got back to me in a timely manner and had been able to answer all my questions. Those that installed the equipment informed me about what they would be doing and how it would work. Swept the floor when they finished the project.

The design, quoting and Installation process was very professional and detailed. Out of several quotes that I received from different companies, Larry's design was by far the best and he was able to answer all my questions and concerns.
The installation team was also amazing, again very detailed and professional.

Our Project Manager, Beth Murch, was extremely knowledgeable & extremely helpful in working with us to spare our finished basement too much destruction. We are able to put back our basement much easier than expected. The men that were here did an amazing job of installing the sump pump & drains. The gentlemen that put in our outdoor drain was amazing. You'd never know he dug up our grass! Our Project Manager, Ryan, was very helpful & keeping us up on all that was happening. Very pleased!

Excellent product and professional services

Looks great, works great. It won't rust, decay, termites can't eat it, and it should not need to be painted.

Products are good quality and the company was quick with install and very professional. They made the process very easy and we are happy with our overall experience.

Crew was here and work was completed as promised. Estimate was spot on. Did a large job with minimal landscape damage. Very pleased.

I appreciated that Jerry wanted to know what my concerns were and did not try to sell me more than I needed in the crawlspace. The foundation crack repairs and the new discharge line for the sump pump were installed well. The technicians were very good at explaining the work they were doing. I am pleased to have contracted The Real Seal.

Your technician Joe did a wonderful job on the two cracks. Organized, focused and skilled. He explained each step and explained the process. Neat and clean preparation of work.
