I love everything about my new patio cover. My husband and I sit out on our patio every evening now. My husband and sons love to track, discuss and watch weather. Our old structure was a wood trellis and had to stay indoors when it rained. With our new beautiful fully covered patio we can sit outside and enjoy mother nature and not get wet. We had two televisions installed and enjoyed watching with super bowl with family and friends.

From planning stage with Dave Collins (whom I want to say, his concern, conversations, explanation of each and every step to be under-taken) actually eased my mind). This was definitely a high point where "a parade" for Dave I am requesting, take place! Dave is a valuable asset to Your Company. He's clear, concise, caring and please recognize him for this and that Ronnie and his helpers took care of my porch and my property with the most care like it was their own "baby"! Joe and crew did a fantastic job! They were extremely friendly and professional. They showed up when the said they would and explained the job each step of the way. I researched a great deal about building a pergola/patio cover. Online, local companies, diy, etc. After spending a great deal of time I decided on Royal Covers. Your salesperson Tom Broido was a pleasure to work with who is really personable and knowledgeable about the products. He was responsive with my various requests for estimates for many windows in my home. The gentleman who came over to measure was polite and easy to work with. The gentleman who installed the windows was really hardworking and he did a great job. I will be calling your business again for additional work.

I recently asked beltway builders to build a frame around the bottom of my shed, and cover the frame with lattice. The person that did the inspection and set everything up showed up promptly and was very helpful. I thought the work was going to be two or three weeks from the time the inspection happened and the work was done two weeks earlier than I expected, there was one issue I had with the type of lattice that they chose as I wanted small holes and not the larger holes. I let the beltway builder team know about the the different type and they had it fixed the very next day. They were prompt. They did exactly what I asked them to do and when there was a small problem they fixed it very quickly. Definitely a great company.

From start to finish, this was a very relaxing and pleasant experience. Everyone I interacted with was positive, friendly, and respectful. After having had a very unpleasant experience on the past (with another company), this was a huge breath of fresh air. These windows are so beautiful and were installed perfectly. I also had a couple of specific concerns that the installers were more than willing to work around. I have a cat that needed to be put into certain rooms (and then rotated as the installers were working on each window) and I have a baby grand piano that I was concerned might get chipped or scratched. Both of these issues were put to rest and I didn’t need to worry at all. ❤️ I highly recommend Nex-Gen Windows. Great windows, great staff, great price, great experience.
