Well, I have to say, besides the fact that the Alumawood patio cover looks fantastic, I was also very impressed with Royal Covers overall performance. Coming from a construction background, I can appreciate a well-run company. Ryan, my salesperson was knowledgeable and patient. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner. The contract was clean and orderly, with pictures and descriptions of the product choices and options. Which, also included a layout of exactly where the patio would be located, with pictures of the actual house and yard. The contract signing and payments are all done through email, which is very convenient. Royal Covers was able to squeeze my job in earlier than expected and finished the installation very quickly. No mess left behind, just a couple of bottles of touch-up paint. It was a pleasure to work with Royal Covers.

We were very happy with the work John did to restore the crumbling path from the sidewalk to our back garden. We were also impressed with Jim's honest assessment of what actually did not need to be done with our foundation. This was our first foundation check since we moved six years ago, and we were very relieved there was so little that needed immediate repair. So! Honest, conscientious people and great work. We highly recommend Real Seal.

I had an egress window and two crack repairs. The egress window looks flawless and the crack repairs look pretty great, too! I love the look and especially love that our basement has a safe way to get out in case of emergency. The service was top notch from start to finish, no high pressure sales gimmicks, and very friendly. Thank you!
