Design, cost estimate, and installation was completed accurately and on time. The installer, Eddie, was especially helpful and very meticulous. He asked for my input when the install could have gone a couple of different ways. Always picked up and cleaned the area after the days work was done. Helpful and courteous.

The company can address a wide variety of home issues. I was surprised that they could do sod, but the gentleman that came to give the quote was knowledgeable and ultimately, the company gave a good price.
The actual install went well. The crew took care of it in a day. Going to get the additional sod required. The sidewalks were cleaned up afterwards. Instructions for care afterwards was clear.
Communication throughout the process could have been a little better, but the issue may have just been a change of employees between sale in October and install in May.
Approximately 80% of the sod has grown in well. There is a large strip through the center that hasn’t greened but I have not yet contacted the company about it to see if they will address it.

It’s beautiful and better than I imagined. The workers cleaned up the metal shards so my dog wouldn’t get them in her paws. They did an amazing job and were very polite and well-mannered. A job well done.

Royal Covers rep was on time for initial appointment, measured everything, made helpful suggestions and gave me my options.
When we had settled on the specs, he entered it all on his laptop and produced a complete quote. It was an about 5% higher than other quote I had, but that competitor seemed unreliable.
I gave RC a small deposit pending HOA approval of the design. He sent a simple drawing to the HOA and got approval within 2 days.
After 50% deposit, they scheduled the work, showed up when we were out of town and did a great job.

Easiest subcontractor project EVER!

From callbacks, to service, to pricing the team was phenomenal. The work quality was top-notch and I am very pleased with my experience.

The crew was very professional. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were not able to get the lift that I had expected, but didn't want to affect the structure of the fireplace. They did get all the foundation stabilized so that I won't ever have to worry about it again. The cost of the project was about what I expected. They left the job site clean and straight so I didn't have to do the clean up.

They were fast, clean ,efficient and took time to explain everything. We were thrilled with their work. We already recommended Rescon to our neighbors, George & Carol Moran

Our house needed a simple fascia repair and when attempting to get any other local company to give us an estimate, or even respond, was not happening, Royal Contractors provided the service, and quick!

Even during peak season here, they kept us in the loop of our repair time and when they came out and finished, it was absolutely no hassle and fast repair. I was extremely disappointed with the other companies that basically just ignored the fact that our attic was completely exposed, but Royal Contractors got the job done.

I wasn't satisfied after my first round of window installation. However, Jeremy with McVay came to my rescue. He listened to my concerns and scheduled me to receive the services I had originally purchased. He brought with him his A-team! I'm thrilled with the outcome. My new trimmed out windows add so much character to my home. I love that they all open to let in the fresh air. It's an added bonus that they are noise canceling as well. I would recommend McVay brothers to anyone seeking new, functional windows! Jerad helped me through the purchase process as well, thanks neighbor! Thank you again, you all do amazing work!

Outstanding customer service!

The Service team was professional, thorough, and communicated effectively regarding the job.

We hired Rescon to install a sump pump with a grate as well as a new bulkhead. Jon P. was great when he came out for the initial consult and analyzed our situation in the basement. Josh P. came out with a colleague to install the sump pump and it was very well done. James R came out to remove the old bulkhead and install the new one and it looks great/very solid and a terrific installation. All 3 guys were personable and did a thorough job. I would recommend them without hesitation.
