I’ve had two shade structures installed by Royal Covers and they’ve both gone like clockwork and we loved the end result. They say what they’re going to do and then go and do it. No fuss no muss. It’s not easy to find that these days.

Our basement floods almost every year. It usually comes from the bulkhead area and no matter what we’ve done it hasn’t fixed the problem. We decided to call ResCon and the problem is gone. This has been a wet April and May, and every time I went down to the basement, after a storm, I expected to see water in it, but there has been None!

They did it all in a couple of days. Left the place as they found it.

My cracks are filled so far it’s working okay but the true test comes next march

Work was properly planned with the Project Manager. We set a date for the work, and the team executed the work in a clean, timely, and efficient manor. They finished up before about 1” of rain fell in the afternoon😂, so we were pretty thankful!

The Patio cover is fantastic. The installation crew were top notch. Also, it came in 2 weeks ahead of time!

Overall they did an amazing job repairing the dry wall. They finished in a timely manner and they cleaned up before they left. Customer service is amazing. I did have a small problem where I had to have them return to patch up some areas that missed. They came quickly and fixed it without issue.

They were able to work with my basement water situation and customize a solution that met my unique needs. They really listened to my concerns and gave me good advice based on their years of experience on the best way to proceed. As they started the work, we ran into several initially unforeseen situations. They involved me in their deliberations, explained my options in a clear manner that I could understand, and helped me to choose the best option to procced with.
Basement flooding was causing me some sleepless nights especially during the normal Spring and Fall rainy seasons. With the new sump pumps, dehumidifier, and interior drainage lines, my basement is now dry following some heavy recent rain storms.
So in short, your team was professional, knowledgeable, flexible and had great customer relationship skills. I could not ask for a better team.

We are very satisfied with the quality of the work done by the people

I had a custom color applied to my front porch. The company created the exact color I picked. It turned out great. The workers were on time and did a good job. I do wish they would have patched the holes in the side of the stairs before applying the color. Some of the color on the sides of the porch is not as uniform as the top side. The worker did try to fix it , still areas on the sides are lighter. Overall I would recommend this application to enhance the appearance of the area being treated.

All your employees were great, so easy to work with. Cleaned up after install was done. Made sure I was happy. Product looks really nice, love having my patio to myself without any flies or insects bugging me. Doggie door was installed perfectly, my pup is already use to using it. Thanks for the quick install from purchase to install, less than 2 weeks!!!
