We used this company twice - once for putting in place two awnings which working great. Very professional and timely in the installation and worked great with our general contractor. We also had them put in a fully enclosed 4 season room on an existing balcony that is approximately 20 feet up. They did a terrific job but it did take longer than planned due to the weather and permits! They did keep me informed about what was going on and were always there when they said they would be. They are not inexpensive but they are worth the money. We have used the room now for 4 months in the cold and the hot and the PTAC heating and air-conditioning works perfectly. We are so happy with this new enclosed space. Everyone that visits thinks it is the best room in the house! I highly recommend them.

These people were awesome from start to finish. Thomas listened to every crazy idea I had and he and the team came up with a custom alumawood design. He answered his phone EVERY time I called and went beyond expected to help me get approval from the HOA.
