Service just how I was told it would be... prompt, courteous, everything cleaned up when finished
Professionalism is the description for the Real Seal. Ben Rogers was thorough in his inspection of our basement and crawl space and his quote was competitive to other waterproofing companies who inspected our home (two other companies did not even go into the crawl which is 5' deep with a concrete floor). His inspection also included the outer perimeter of our house. Though we did have to wait a month for the service, (other waterproofing companies also gave us this lead time) it was acceptable to us and worth the wait when George and Luis arrived for work on sealing the 9 cracks in our basement and crawl space. They went about their business efficiently and quickly (allowed me to observe for a short time and explained what they were doing). They even finished an hour ahead of the scheduled time that Ben had originally estimated. We are extremely pleased with their work and warranty and would definitely recommend their service.

I like the product. The company needs to work on its customer service and installation follow through and common sense. The installers put on the wrong color downspout. I informed the company, the installers came back and replaced the light colored downspout with the darker colored downspout, but they left the light colored pipe straps on the now dark colored downspout. Why???? the customer service indicated they would take care of it. Hopefully soon.

The entire experience was very positive. Your salesman explained the product and answered all my questions. The installation crew made sure I was satisfied with everything before they left. I waited to post this review until I could see how the gutters performed in a heavy rain. We have had a LOT of heavy, continuous rain the last few days and the gutters work great! Reasonable prices. Representative knowledgeable and helpful. Workers who installed window were great. They did such a good job of cleaning up that my tenant didn't realize anyone had been in his apartment and that the window had been installed. How's that for stealth installation?
The fence was put up well and speedily. My deck has been admired by everybody who has seen it. The workmanship on it particularly is outstanding.
Professional, experts at fencing
We have had two or three fences built by Aus-Tex, including a beautiful vinyl white picket fence with arbor. It is still looking good.
The quality of the material and workmanship of the install were very good.
Installed the fencing on time and correctly. Can't do better than that.
Quality for a reasonable price
I originally used Austex Fence as a back up bid to another company but it quickly became the bid I used. Austex guy was professional in appearance and behavior, the bid came in lower and they completely helped facilitate dividing up the fence cost with my neighbors. The fence looks great and has help up perfectly a year later. I recommend them to my neighbor who then used them for their fence as well. I HIGHLY recommend Austex.

Sam Funk represented Beldon. Sam was personable and extremely knowledgeable about the product. I had contracted with another supplier, however Sam was very convincing about the quality of the gutters and downspouts I canceled the other contract. But,what really convinced me to change to Beldon was the lifetime warranty! The other supplier had only a five year warranty. In addition Beldon’s warranty is transferable.
Kevin and Juan installed the gutters and downspouts. They were efficient and removed all the debri.
Only one comment: I wish I knew that if the drains out to the street were clogged, I would have to have them fixed. Beldon did give me the name of a company who could do the job, but it is my responsibility to pay for it. Also,there are different pieces of gutter required to reattach the downspout system to the drain that goes underground! This was not so great!

It's been a month since our new McVay windows were installed. I wanted to test them before writing a review and what I say is, "I LOVE THESE WINDOWS!". Not only do they look great, but we can tell a difference in the noise level from outside and a difference in the temperature inside the house. I am very satisfied with the windows and the customer service provided from McVays. The install was handled professionally and they did what they could to make the install go as smoothly as possible. What a great team! Thank you McVays!
