Shoes we bought are comfortable, which is what I was looking for. Customer service was excellent.
First of all, Heather (I hope I remembered correctly) was amazing. She knew what she was talking about and listened to what I was looking for when I was in the store on Friday, March 31. Based on the computer analysis, our conversation and what she brought for me to try, I ended up with exactly what I needed that day. I have now been wearing my Hokas for any long walks and my feet don't hurt, my ankles don't hurt and I'm a Happy Camper. I even had someone at the Farmers' Market stop me to tell me how much she loved my shoes (the color is great).

Brooks shoes and great service
Everything! Barb was extremely helpful and got me into a great pair of Brooks Shoes & Inserts! They give me such comfort and stability and support that I don’t want to take them off! I feel very safe and stable in them! Highly recommend Fleet Feet on Tanque Verde!
The store is well laid out with a lot of shoes prominently on display. The person that attended to my needs sure knew her job. After a detailed foot diagnostic, which at first seemed a bit of a hoax, turned out to allow the person to narrow down the search for a shoe that would meet my particular needs. I tried on 4 different pairs of shoes and found the one that fit and felt great. I bought an shoe insert to support my foot.
The prices for the shoes were a bit high, but so far it was worth the money. My ONLY comment, is that the insert was very costly, higher than I expected.
The variety and options. Customer service is great and don’t feel like I’m pushed to make a purchase.
I love the help I got from Abbey. She was professional, friendly, and very helpful with helping me find a pair of hiking sneakers. I have plantar fasciitis. I like the fact that I can try them out to ensure my foot doesn’t hurt with the pair of shoes I selected. Thank you!
